Becoming a better leader is a journey — one that never ends!
The most important step is the first one. There are as many different ways to get started as there are people, but we find small group interactions with like-minded people an especially valuable way to get started. These groups, called MasterMind Groups, explore leadership topics and share ideas. Although we often use books to focus the discussion, these are NOT book studies. Rather these are discussions on how to apply the concepts learned in readings, and using those applied concepts to become better leaders. You can find out more about MasterMinds by clicking here.
